The permanent bonding/laminating of multiple layers.

In addition to producing pressure sensitive laminates, many of our customers need multiple substrates permanently laminated together resulting in a durable, functional multi-ply material. We utilize our coaters to efficiently combine multiple webs into one.

Laminations are often used to protect material from light, water, abrasion etc. but they can also be used to to change the physical properties of the material making it more durable. Adding a print receptive or other topcoat can alter the properties even more, making the product more versatile.

We can laminate paper, film, foil and woven & nonwoven fabrics up to 62 1/2″ wide and from 0.062″ to 20 pt thick.  Our maximum unwind is 60”.
